Are you at a crossroads in your life?

Therapy is a place to explore your options in a safe and contained environment.

The prospect of talking to a stranger about your problems can be quite daunting.

However, this could be a turning point in your life.

During our sessions, together we will explore your issues in-depth, making meaning of difficult feelings and patterns, and how it may be a call for change and transformation.

My aim is to foster a positive and honest therapeutic relationship, an experience, which you can take forward and improve your relationships on the outside.

Sometimes in life we might have to make tough decisions.

Sometimes there’s no win-win, so we must choose what’s best for us in the present moment. I can offer support as you come to terms with change and adjustment.

As we work together, I can help you hear what might seem unspeakable and can consider what might seem unthinkable.

I have experience supporting people who have been through difficulties, and sometimes, traumatic situations.

I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you are free to express your emotions and talk about issues you may not have been able to voice before.

I am passionate about helping people find their true self and empowering them to reach their potential.

I am offering online sessions to ensure your safety and mine, to support you through this uncertain period.

We can set up Zoom or Skype meetings and agree on the time and date to suit both of us.

Online counselling can be of benefit in a lot of different ways.

If coming out of the house is a challenge, or your location or personal difficulties, or maybe carer responsibilities, prevent you from meeting up physically, online counselling allows you to have your session at home or in a place of your choosing, without the need to travel.

Some people may simply find it easier to discuss certain issues in writing. Online counselling helps to achieve that.
